Ozark Health Home Care, a division of Ozark Health Medical Center, serves Van Buren County and the surrounding area to deliver the highest quality health care in the home. 

The services must be ordered by your physician and there must be an inability to leave your home without difficulty.  It is expected that most instances of absences from the home are for the purpose of receiving medical treatment.  However, absences from the home for non-medical purposes are infrequent and of short duration are permissible, such as going to church, and do not negate the homebound status.  The services you require must be of a nature that requires intermittent visits and require the expertise of a skilled nurse or therapist.
