Ozark Health Nursing Center provides twenty-four hour care delivered in accordance with each Elder’s individualized Plan of Care.  With one hundred and thirty-two dually certified licensed beds, Ozark Health Nursing Center offers Elder’s the ability to receive a full continuum of therapeutic and clinical services that are ordered by your personal physician.  The uniqueness of Ozark Health Nursing Center being attached to Ozark Health Hospital, allows for an extension of those specialized services not normally found in a long term care setting.

OHNC is an approved provider for both the Medicare and Medicaid programs.  We also accept most private insurance programs.  OHNC is large enough to deliver, yet small enough to care.
