A History of Growth and Service In 1986, Ozark Health specialty Clinic was founded in the Health Department Building in front of the old Ozark Health Hospital. Our multi-specialty physician group was formed to provide improved patient care. That same purpose has continued 21 years for the benefit of our community. Your Doctor or primary care physician may refer you to one of our many specialists to target certain conditions. You may refer yourself to one of our doctors, as many insurance plans don’t require a physician-to-physician referral. Call your insurance company to confirm if you are able to do this before making an appointment. If you need assistance with this, please let our office staff know.Our first Doctors, J.Lynn Davis M.D. and Andrew Kumpuris M.D., flew into the Clinton Airport. We were the middle stop in their flight plan with other clinics in Mountain View and Morrilton.
