| What Is Our Process? For Outpatient Services, we must have either a signed order brought from the physician’s office; or a signed faxed order from the physician. We accept standing orders from the physician, and these orders are valid for up to one year. The ordering physician must be a member of our medical staff, or if the physician practices out-of-town, must be a member of our courtesy medical staff. If the ordering physician is not on our courtesy staff, the order must be processed through one of the following local physicians: Dr. Krishna Reddy (501) 745-4914 Dr. Stacy Zimmerman (501) 745-3033 Dr. Keith Coward (501) 745-3388 Dr. Brandon Murphy (501) 745-4426 Dr. Jose Abiseid (501) 745-2515 Dr. Steve Schoettle (501) 745-9403 Dr. Harry Starnes (501) 745-7161 Dr. Barry Carroll (501) 745-7888
